EN. Today Kate visited Blessed Sacrament School in Islington
to view the progress of M-PACT Plus, a project designed to help children ages 8-17 who are coping with the effects of parental substance abuse in their home.
The project is funded by The Royal
Foundation of The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry, in conjunction with
Comic Relief and two charities of which Kate is royal patron, Place2be
and Action on Addiction.
M-PACT Plus provides early support for school children affected by a parent's drug or alcohol misuse.
IT. Oggi Kate ha visitato la Blessed Sacrament School ad Islington per vedere il progresso del M-PACT Plus, un progetto nato per aiutare i bambini dagli 8 ai 17 anni che subiscono gli effetti dell'abuso di sostanze da parte dei genitori nelle case.

Kate smile when she asked him what his favourite part of school was:

EN. The Duchess took an update on the project seriously and was interested to hear the progress that had been made.
She asked several questions:
"Were the parents quite surprised by the things their children were saying?"
"Have you found it difficult to attract parents given the stigma that can be associated with these issues?".

EN. As Kate was leaving the school today she was presented with an abstract portrait of Kate with her son George.
