Kate took George to the Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park

Last Friday Kate took George to the Winter Wonderland festive extravaganza in London’s Hyde Park, down the road from their apartment in Kensington Palace. “They spent an hour together in Santa Land, enjoying a ride on the teacup ride, and looked like they were having a fantastic time,” an onlooker at the event told Hello! “George was dressed warmly in a snowsuit and Kate was dressed down, wearing a baseball cap. They arrived at 11am and happily mingled with other members of the public.”
George was smiling and laughing as they went ‘round and ‘round together," an onlooker tells PEOPLE. "They only had one go on the ride, and then off they went," says the onlooker. "Kate was so polite and normal looking. I don’t think anyone even noticed that they were there."
